The moment that a baby is born is joyous, magical, and wondrous, and it is my wish for mothers and their partners to experience the birth of their babies as fully as possible. My approach to birth work encompasses technique that includes a mind, body and spirit approach to birth.

It is now widely recognized that choosing to add a Doula to one’s birth team can yield many positive benefits, including

  • Decreasing the overall cesarean rate by 50% and the length of labor by 25%.

  • Decreasing the requests for an epidural by 60% for families who prefer not to utilize this option.

  • Decrease in postpartum complications and depression.

  • Increase in breastfeeding rates and overall satisfaction regardless of the type of birth!

A woman’s memories of her birth experiences last a lifetime and can have powerful effects on her self-esteem and confidence. I am committed to helping women and couples feel empowered and supported as they experience birth.

If you genuinely cannot afford fees outlined below please let me know and we can discuss other fee options. I wouldn't want the only thing that stopped us from working together to be affordability!

  • This package is for both the first time mom(s) and mom(s) who have previously given birth! Prenatal visits include discussing birth preferences/birth planning, labor and birth options, comfort techniques, and postpartum care. The goal is to ensure you feel informed about your options and confident in what to expect /how to make choices during your birth.

    • Three 60-minute prenatal visits

    • Access to self-paced online Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding Basics and Newborn Care Classes

    • Labor support

    • One postpartum visit

    • Discounted Placenta Encapsulation $250

    Please note: Travel fee of $300 will be applied for any travel over 1+ hour to home/hospital.

    We are not in-network with any insurance companies and we do not accept Medicaid. Many clients do successfully receive reimbursement through HSA and FSA.

  • This package is for the mom(s) who would like extra attention with monthly visits and it is highly recommended for first time parents. Monthly visits are tailored to focus on the spiritual aspects of birth and heavily focuses on preparing your mindset to achieve a more relaxed birth experience. Meeting topics includes changing your perception of pain, clearing birth fears, guided hypno-babies meditation, birth planning and nutritional guidance.

    • Six monthly 60-minute prenatal visits.

    • Access to online self-paced Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding Basics and Newborn Care Classes

    • Labor support

    • One postpartum visit

    • Discounted Placenta Encapsulation $200

  • All support/meetings will be done online via Zoom. During birth, I will provide online support only; this will take place while you labor at home and in the hospital/birthing center.  

    This package is for both new moms and moms who need a refresher course! Prenatal visits include discussing birth preferences, labor and delivery options, comfort techniques, and postpartum care (Childbirth Education). The goal is to ensure you feel informed about your options and confident in what to expect /how to make choices during your birth.

    • Six 60-minute prenatal visits

    • Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding Basics and Newborn Care Classes

    • Online labor support

    • One 60-minute postpartum visit

    • Discounted Placenta Encapsulation $300
